Roddy Inc., the Bensalem, PA industrial and commerical real estate brokerage firm recently announced that it represented Schock North America, Ltd. in leasing a 19,200 square foot portion of the modern one-story building located at 47 Runway Road, Levittown, PA. The lease calls for an aggregate rental of approximately $302,400. Schock invented the granite sink and has been one of the leading manufacturers worldwide for over 30 years. In addition to its own brand name manufacturing business, the company serves as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM), supplying some of the leading kitchen furniture and stainless steel sink manufacturers. Today, around 75% of the two million sinks sold every year globally are produced based on manufacturing procedures developed by Schock. The Runway Road property is owned by F. Greek Bristol Properties, L.P. who is headquartered in East Brunswick, New Jersey.
