Roddy Inc., the Bensalem, PA industrial and commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced that it represented 945 Sherman Holdings, LLC in the purchase of 945 Sherman Avenue, Pennsauken Industrial Park, Pennsauken, Camden County, NJ from The Lorraine G. Conolly Family Trust. The 66,585 square foot building is situated on 3.5 acres, features 13 tailgate doors and approximately 18,429 square feet of air conditioned controlled and insulated warehouse space. The property is located in the Pennsauken Industrial Park with excellent access to Routes 130, 73, 90 and the Betsy Ross Bridge. Robert Olender of Roddy Inc., who represented the purchaser advised the facility was purchased by 945 Sherman Holdings for $2,200,000 and the facility will be occupied by Stay Fresh Foods. Stay Fresh Foods, which is based in Meriden, Connecticut is expanding to reach the New Jersey and Philadelphia areas.
