Frank Roddy, President of Roddy Inc., who handled the sale advised that the fully leased, multi-tenant facility was sold to 1750 Woodhaven Drive Bensalem, LLC for $3,800,000.
The building is presently divided into two (2) units— Unit A of approx. 40,295 sq. ft. occupied by All In One Warehousing Distribution Inc., and Unit B of approx. 40,623 sq. ft. occupied by CAS Pack Corporation. In addition, a portion of the site is also leased to Omnipoint for the location of a cell tower.
Further, Roddy advised that he recently brokered the All In One lease, which lease calls for an aggregate rental of $545,000.
