Amazon Continues to Expand its Suburban Philadelphia Presence

LBA Logistics have acquired two properties situated within the Expressway 95 Industrial Park located at 445 Winks Ln and 777 Winks Ln, Bensalem, Bucks County, PA.

The Winks Ln properties total 8.22 acres combined and are situated directly adjacent to the newly constructed 235,240 sq. ft. state-of-the-art distribution center at 3750 State Rd in Bensalem, which has been leased to Amazon.

At the time of the sale, LBA had entered into a lease agreement with Amazon covering the Winks Ln properties.  LBA plans to demolish the existing structures in order to meet Amazon’s extensive parking requirement.

Frank Roddy, President of Roddy Inc. and the sole broker in the transaction, advised that the properties were acquired for $15.8 million.

The properties are extremely desirable for logistics operators in the Philadelphia region as they offer convenient access to the I-95 corridor, which provides direct connections to most of the largest cities located along the east coast.
