Frank Roddy, President of Roddy Inc., advised that AutoParts Warehouse have occupied the property since 2011, when Roddy sold it to Paris Real Estate LP (the current Seller), and plan to continue its operations at 1050 Wheeler Way, Bucks County Business Park, Langhorne, PA on a long-term basis under the new ownership.
The modern one-story mostly air-conditioned distribution center is heated and sprinklered throughout and offers ceiling heights from 20’2” to 23’6” clear, eight (8) tailgate loading docks, three (3) drive-in doors, ±6,000 sq. ft. of office area, and parking for ±132 automobiles.
